Q: Where are you located?
A: Dash of Flair is based out of North Texas and currently operates exclusively online. Don't worry though, you can still reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
Q: Will my decal include application instructions?
A: We want your decal application to be as stress free as possible. Each order includes everything you need to apply your decal successfully. In addition to your decal, you will receive an alcohol swab, PVC card, and step-by-step instructions. If at any point you have questions, please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Q: What if I received my order and its incorrect?
A: Oh no! As much as we try to avoid mistakes, they do occassionally happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of your order and we will be happy to fix it immediately.
Q: Where can vinyl decals be applied?
A: Dash of Flair uses professional quality vinyl that is water and weather resistant. This means that decals may be applied to surfaces such as water bottles, laptops, cell phone cases, and car windows. Just be sure that the surface is flat and non-porous. Vinyl decals cannot be applied to fabric. Feel free to contact us with any questions about surface application.
Q: How long will my vinyl decal last?
A: Vinyl decals can last up to 2 years with appropriate care and use. Handling the decal daily (i.e., on a cup) may decrease longevity as the oils from our hands can sometimes cause the decal to fade. Along with application instructions, you will also receive care instructions in your order.
Shipping costs are calculated as closely as possible. If shipping overages are more than $1, you will be reimbursed at the time of shipment.
Q: How will my order ship?
A: Orders will ship via the United States Postal Service.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You will receive a shipment notification and tracking number upon shipment of your order. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking number to update to allow for tracking of your order.
To provide the best shipping price possible, international orders weighing less than one pound will not be shipped with tracking. If you would prefer tracking, please contact us for upgraded shipping.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your address change request within 48 hours of order placement. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and updated shipping address. Any changes made after 48 hours may require an additional fee. Once your order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Q: Will my order be received by a specific date?
A: We work to get your orders completed as quickly as possible. Please review our current production time for the projected shipment date. Dash of Flair cannot guarantee delivery dates. First Class and Priority Mail are estimated arrival times by USPS. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us to set up USPS Priority Express shipping method as it is the only service guaranteed by USPS.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. A refund/replacement will not be offered for improper care or placement of a decal. Application instructions are included with each order and must be followed so that the decals are long-lasting. Please be sure to double check the monogram entries. Decals will be created in the order entered at checkout. Replacement/refunds for incorrect name or monogram entries will not be offered. If your decal arrives damaged, notification with the order number and photo of damaged product must be received within 3 days of delivery.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Production time is the amount of time it takes to design and complete your order. It does not include shipment time. The current production time is 4 to 5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
